About Accenda

Accenda is operated by Eden Technologies Ltd, company number 16775838, registered at 11 Cross Street, Golborne, WA3 3PD, UK. By using Accenda you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Accenda, or have parental or guardian consent if under 13. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent to purchase a paid subscription. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information when creating your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@edentechnologies.co.uk.

Free and Pro plans

Accenda offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro is available monthly at £14.99/month or annually at £119.99/year (equivalent to two months free). Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time — you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Your content

Learning paths you create on Accenda remain yours. By publishing a path publicly you grant Eden Technologies Ltd a non-exclusive licence to display it to other users on the platform. You can make your paths private at any time. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

AI-generated content

Accenda uses AI to generate learning paths and educational content. This content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, including exam preparation. Always verify important information independently and consult qualified educators where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Accenda for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or limits

Intellectual property

The Accenda platform, branding, and technology are owned by Eden Technologies Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any part of the platform.

Limitation of liability

Accenda is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Eden Technologies Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@edentechnologies.co.uk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Accenda after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
